Data Analyst

Technology Team:

The Technology team is responsible for creating and maintaining all of Integrity’s web and multi-media products for the Company’s Ethics and Compliance Risk Services, and deploying these products globally to Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities:

This position is part of the Data Operations team which supports all phases of the Company’s established ETL process. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist with development and management of new services and custom reporting; manage workflow appropriately to meet schedule dates;
  • Convert client data into standard Integrity Interactive format utilizing custom MS Access and SQL Server front-end applications;
  • Perform custom data enhancements and validation where needed;
  • Ability to write and test complex SQL scripts;
  • Ability to manually identify duplicate records and identify conflicts;
  • Communicate data quality issues and progress to Client Managers on the Client Services Team and work closely with them and clients to create report specifications to meet the clients’ ad hoc reporting needs;
  • Working with Database Administrator to improve tools and processes for the Data Operations team; and
  • Complete other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in English, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a proofreading and editing environment. Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus but not a requirement. The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Critical attention to detail is a must while managing multiple tasks/projects within tight timeframes and maintaining accuracy;
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required;
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical team members; experience managing others or leading projects is a plus;
  • Solid grasp of grammar and punctuation skills are essential;
  • Web and tech savvy, including proficiency in using IE, Firefox, and Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel;
  • Familiarity with HTML and XML is a plus;
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, small-team environment with the ability to work independently and with the team; and
  • Understand and support the Company’s goals, business, and values.

Reporting:

Will report to the Vice President, Quality Assurance and will work closely with all members of the QA, Technology and Product Management teams and others throughout the Company as needed.

Location:

Waltham, Massachusetts. Telecommuting is not an option.

Compensation and Benefits:
