Front End Web Developer

The Technology team is responsible for creating and maintaining all of Integrity’s web and multi-media products, and deploying these products globally to Fortune 500 clients. The team is small and as a result, you’ll have a number of opportunities to work on different product areas, projects, and problems. Responsibilities:
This is an entry-level position which is responsible for customizing web-based courseware with client specific content through the development of HTML/XML/CSS layout. Candidate needs a strong understanding of the fundamentals of hand-coded HTML and other technologies, such as Flash; in addition, must grasp the repeatable processes through learning and following them consistently. Position will collaborate with Development team and others throughout the Company, as needed. Additional responsibilities for completing additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in related area of study, or minimum of 1 year experience in a web or multimedia environment; requires a minimum of 1 year of commercial experience working effectively in (or around) HTML/XML/CSS, JavaScript, ASP, and Flash. Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus but not a requirement. The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required;
- Attention to detail is a must, with the ability to meet deadlines with accurate product;
- Strong working knowledge of web technologies is essential, including familiarity with text editors (i.e. UltraEdit), processing pictures for the web (FireWorks, PhotoShop), fundamentals of Flash (Action Script 3) and fundamentals of JavaScript;
- Proven understanding of Web Principles, webpage layout, and creation experience;
- Willingness to learn new areas of web and multimedia development;
- Desire to work in a small-team environment with the ability to work independently and with the team; and
- Understand and support the Company’s goals, business, and values.

Reporting:
Will report to the Sr. Director, Course Production and will work closely with all Technology and Client Services team members and others throughout the Company as needed.
Location:
Waltham, Massachusetts (telecommuting is not an option).
Compensation and Benefits:
