Kirk Jordan leads Integrity’s ethics and compliance office, and serves as Integrity’s General Counsel. As Integrity grows as a company, provides more resources for our clients, and sets an example of a best practice ethics and compliance program, it is imperative that Integrity continues to uphold high ethics and compliance standards. Kirk oversees this mission, and continues to raise the bar for Integrity’s own values-based culture, which serves as a guide for our clients and peers.
Kirk has had extensive corporate ethics and compliance experience during the past fifteen years. Prior to founding Integrity in 1999, Mr. Jordan spent seven years as President of Compliance Systems Legal Group, which he founded in 1992. Before that, Mr. Jordan was associated with the Skadden Arps Law firm.
Kirk has degrees from Cornell University and the Washington College of Law at American University. He is admitted to practice law in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Texas, and Rhode Island.
