Understand the changing anti-bribery landscape including new laws, and regulations, i.e. UK Bribery Act vs. FCPA.

  • Hear from your peers as an expert panel discusses how the new regulations will affect their programs and the challenges they face over the next 12 to 24 months.
  • Participate in an interactive workshop, led by Industry experts, designed to explore the anti-bribery program requirements, share peer insights and determine the steps necessary to manage your bribery and corruption risk with your employees and business partners.
  • Develop a roadmap for evolving your anti-corruption program based on the guidance provided for a global program to ensure you manage your extended enterprise (including joint ventures, agents, distributors, supplier’s third parties and contractors in addition to your employees.)
  • Receive tangible action items for improving and expanding your anti-corruption program - all participants will receive a comprehensive program plan including shared best practices gathered during the workshop.
