The Integrity Blueprint is designed to help companies construct strategies and solutions that assess, optimize, and improve their Compliance and Ethics programs. These programs are designed specifically to reduce risk, improve performance, and ultimately help them deliver on their brand promise. The framework outlines multiple training formats, which are the building blocks for an overall effective compliance program.
- Integrity Cornerstones
Integrity’s “Cornerstone” products are customizable, brandable courses that clients can use to introduce, teach, or reinforce standards or guidelines in their Code of Conduct. These products range from in-depth, foundational training to 5-minute reminders and are geared towards teaching Code material, explaining the Code standards in terms of company values, and collecting Code certifications. - Integrity Supports
Integrity’s “Support” products are used to “table set” compliance topics or initiatives for employees. They can introduce an entire program or just one policy. Typically 2-10 minutes in length, all Supports products include opportunities for branding, personalization, and direct communication with employees.
Integrity Foundations
Integrity’s “Foundation” products provide substantive, foundational training in a given risk area or compliance topic, typically occurring in Year One of a program. Generally 30-40 minutes in length, all Foundations products cover key risks and behaviors to teach employees to identify business situations which may cause harm to the business and to avoid compliance failures, setting standards and influencing behaviors.
Integrity Keystones
Integrity’s “Keystone” products often build on pre-existing knowledge in the topic area. Generally 15-20 minutes in length, they are ideal for Year Two of the program and for senior managers who are well-versed on the topic but could use a refresher. Keystones products take a deeper dive into the subject matter, first reviewing the underlying business standards, and then requiring employees to apply them. Keystones are ideal for multi-year programs to keep the teaching fresh and challenge students to build a more in-depth understanding of how an issue may impact them and their company. They serve as supplements to the Foundations courses and are used in exploring “gray areas” and addressing ancillary issues.- Integrity Reinforcements
Integrity’s “Reinforcement” products are used to assess employee awareness or document employee compliance with certain policies or procedures. Reinforcement’s products typically take 5-15 minutes of an employee’s time and solicit information directly from and related to the employee.
