Biography

Andrea Falcione joined Integrity Interactive Corporation in 2004 and currently serves as Vice President, Advisory Services. In that capacity, Ms. Falcione both manages the company’s Advisory Services group and consults with Integrity's largest and most strategic clients on their compliance and ethics programs. Prior to joining Integrity, Ms. Falcione practiced law for nine years, most recently as Senior Counsel at FleetBoston Financial, then the 7th-largest financial services organization in the United States. While at Fleet, Ms. Falcione supported the Capital Markets business, and she was a member of the Law Department's Risk Management Committee. In addition, Ms. Falcione previously practiced corporate law at Day, Berry & Howard LLP (now Day Pitney LLP).

Ms. Falcione is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional and is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and the National Association of Women Lawyers. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut and is a graduate of Bucknell University and Boston University School of Law.
