Richard Bednar

A former Army brigadier general, Mr. Bednar serves as the National Coordinator of the Defense Industry Initiative on Business Ethics and Conduct, as well as full-time counsel to the Washington D.C. office of Crowell & Moring LLP. Mr. Bednar concentrates his law practice in the government contract law areas of contract claims, internal investigations, ethics and compliance issues, and suspension and debarment.
