Jacob Frenkel

A former senior counsel with SEC Enforcement and federal prosecutor, Mr. Frenkel chairs his firm's White Collar and Securities Enforcement practice group. Mr. Frenkel represents clients in investigations and enforcement proceedings conducted by securities regulators, including the SEC, and state and federal law enforcement. He counsels clients about corporate governance, compliance, and anti-money laundering programs.
