Biography

Paul Gully-Hart is a Swiss lawyer who has been practicing at the Geneva Bar since 1980. He is a partner in Schellenberg Wittmer, one of the largest law firms in Switzerland, with offices in Geneva and Zurich. He has developed a strong practice in white-collar and trans-border crime, financial compliance and tracing of assets. He is also active in banking and commercial law and is involved in major litigation and international arbitration. His areas of expertise include anti-money laundering and anti-bribery legislation.
