John Dalton Photo

John Dalton joined Integrity Interactive Corporation after receiving his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Prior to law school, Mr. Dalton worked in the capital markets department of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York, assisting with commercial mortgage securitizations, as well as the corporate department at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston. He also served as law clerk at a boutique securities law firm and held an internship with the Middlesex County Probate and Family Court.

In his role at Integrity, Mr. Dalton’s responsibilities include compliance and ethics program planning, code of conduct evaluation and drafting, program benchmarking, and risk assessments. Mr. Dalton has also moderated client focus groups, facilitated several Regional Roundtable events and designed and managed ethics and cultural surveys on behalf of clients. Mr. Dalton is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional. He received his B.A. from Colgate University and is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
