Biography

Renee Sophocles is Director, Advisory Services and also acts as Integrity’s Assistant Ethics Officer. She works closely with Integrity’s clients and Advisory Panel members to create innovative, engaging, legally-accurate and appropriate training and communication program content. In her role as Assistant Ethics Officer, she helps to develop and implement Integrity’s internal ethics and compliance program.

Prior to joining Integrity in 2006, Ms. Sophocles practiced law for a Boston law firm, where she focused on probate litigation and estate planning and administration. In that capacity, she also advised non-profit organizations on legal and compliance issues. Ms. Sophocles served as a law clerk for the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. She is a graduate of Connecticut College and Boston College Law School, and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. She is a Certified Ethics and Compliance Professional.
